1. General

These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through THE BUSINESS online store. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Products

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, specifications and prices are accurate. Colors and appearance may vary slightly depending on your device, screen settings and manufacturing variations.

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct product, size, color and quantity before placing an order.

3. Prices & Currencies

Product prices may vary according to the customer’s region and selected currency.

Our store supports pricing in THB, EUR, GBP, USD and AUD. The price displayed for your applicable region at checkout is the price charged for the product, subject to correction of obvious errors.

Shipping charges are calculated separately and displayed before the order is placed.

4. Payment

Payment must be completed using one of the payment methods available at checkout.

An order is not considered confirmed until payment has been successfully authorized and the order has been accepted.

5. Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of payment failure, suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, product unavailability or an inability to deliver to the supplied address.

If payment has already been collected for an order that we cancel, the applicable amount will be refunded.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are fulfilled from our distribution locations in France and Thailand according to the customer’s delivery destination.

Shipping costs and available delivery methods are displayed during checkout.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Customs processing, postal delays, weather, public holidays and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery times.

7. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, handling charges or other fees imposed by the destination country.

Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, any such charges are the customer’s responsibility.

8. Returns & Refunds

All sales are final and we do not voluntarily accept returns, exchanges or refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection or ordering mistakes, except where required by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Damaged, defective or incorrect products will be handled in accordance with our Shipping & Returns Policy and applicable law.

9. Product Use

Our products include professional combat-sports, hand-wrapping and cutman equipment.

Customers are responsible for using products appropriately and following applicable sporting, competition, medical, safety and regulatory requirements.

Professional equipment should be used by appropriately trained or qualified persons where applicable.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, THE BUSINESS will not be liable for losses resulting from improper use, misuse or unauthorized modification of our products.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.

11. Intellectual Property

THE BUSINESS name, branding, logos, product designs, photographs, graphics and original website content may not be reproduced, distributed or used for commercial purposes without authorization, except where permitted by law.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version published on our website at the relevant time will apply, subject to applicable law.
